Hi DDG Friends & Fans!
This weekend! MetroTimes and The Woodward Avenue Brewers are hosting the 2nd Annual Pig & Whiskey event in Ferndale! This is a celebration of BBQ & Bourbon and will also feature tons of great local music, Michigan craft beer and THE DETROIT DERBY GIRLS!
Saturday and Sunday: DDG will be located in the main beer tent just behind the WAB on W. Troy Street and Woodward Ave (just south of 9 mile!).
Roller Derby is a pay to play sport and while DDG is skater owned and operated business, we as skaters do not profit from our league. Tips from this weekend will help DDG fund travel expenses for our National Allstar Travel Team, and venue rental, uniforms, sweet merch and more for our home team season.
